• (Regd. No.689 dated 27.06.1989) Regulated by the Andaman Nicobar Islands Society Registration Act 1860.
• The objective of the Association shall be to promote and improve the standard of chess in its jurisdiction and also among other purposes.
• To arrange and manage the Andaman Nicobar Chess Championships and such other matches and tournaments as the committee of the Association may consider desirable and to frame and publish rules and regulations for them and fix dates and places where such matches and tournaments shall be held.
